The project is by Pedro Ferreira Pinto, who designed the ultimate comfortable place, with private pool, golf green, two bedrooms and one suite. The stunning property features cutting-edge technology as well as underfloor heating. The kitchen and the patio are respectively 30 and 46 square meters wide, whilst the living room has a modern fireplace to be used both in winter and summertime. A place designed to enjoy the inner and outer space, thanks to the stunning view from the pool and the pinewood solarium – made out of local materials – that helps the property’s camouflage within the natural surroundings.
