Kural Vista in Dubai: the new luxury villa by SAOTA in Palm Jumeirah

Contemporary architecture, natural materials and bespoke designs overlooking the sea

If you are looking for inspiration for a contemporary luxury villa, the Kural Vista project in Dubai is a perfect synthesis of elegance, innovation and harmony with the landscape. Built by the international architecture firm SAOTA, in collaboration with CK Architecture Interiors, this unique residence is located on the prestigious artificial island of Palm Jumeirah. An iconic location that is the backdrop to a unique home.

A masterpiece of design between architecture and nature
Kural Vista is a high-end residential project commissioned by Alpago Properties. The goal? Maximising the available space on an exclusive plot and creating a bespoke living experience. SAOTA interpreted the challenge with its unmistakable language: sculptural geometries, natural materials and large openings that erase the boundary between inside and outside. The design reflects the desire to create a timeless work, rooted in the local context but projected towards the future.

The protagonist materials: travertine, wood and precious marbles
The villa is built with visually striking and durable materials, perfect for Dubai’s climate. Open-vein travertine recalls rock formations eroded by the sea, while wood, glass and marbles in warm tones add a sense of intimacy and comfort. Every detail is designed to resist time and enhance the architectural style. The surfaces reflect natural light, enhancing the textures and making the environment sophisticated yet welcoming.

Open spaces, outdoor furniture and maximum livability
One of the key elements is the triple-height central courtyard, which creates natural ventilation and brings light throughout the house. Movable walls and sliding glass doors promote a perfect flow between inside and outside, while the rooftop houses a panoramic swimming pool, a bar area and a lounge space with views of the Dubai skyline. In these environments, outdoor furniture becomes a key element to complete the living experience: elegant design, resistant materials and contemporary lines contribute to making every outdoor space refined and functional.

Year-round climate comfort
The design took into account the high temperatures of the United Arab Emirates: large pergolas, shadow effects and reflective materials guarantee climatic comfort and continuous use of outdoor spaces. A perfect example of sustainable and luxury architecture, combining aesthetics and functionality. The intelligent use of natural light reduces energy requirements, making the home more efficient without compromising on style.
