The shape of the stool “Coat” is created during manufacturing. A purely constructive base with vegetable-tanned leather is “dressed”. The flexibility of the material is increased by moisture. Processed in the wet state, the final shape is formed while drying.
In a further process, the leather is hardened with wax. When exposed to heat, it penetrates into the material and hardens.
