Workspace Design Show London 2026: workplace innovation through “Connected Realities”

Immersive installations by MCM, Peldon Rose, Gensler and M Moser Associates reinterpret the future of workspace design

The Workspace Design Show London 2026 is ready to revolutionize the concept of the workplace with its new theme “Connected Realities“, a deep exploration of how physical environments, digital systems, technologies and human experience intertwine to redefine the future of the workplace.
The event, scheduled from 25 to 26 February 2026 at the Business Design Centre in London, brings together global professionals, architects, designers and companies to present the most innovative trends in the field of design for offices and collaborative spaces.
The heart of the 2026 edition are the immersive installations created by internationally renowned design studios, designed to transform the exhibition into a real experiential journey. These installations offer visitors the opportunity to interact, reflect, and reimagine the way they experience and design modern workspaces.
One of the main attractions of the event is the Circular Hub, created by MCM Architecture in collaboration with Future Works, the innovation unit of The Furniture Practice. This space explores the concept of circularity in materials and products, showing life cycle paths ranging from raw to refined, with contributions from companies such as Nested Living, Materials Assemble, Tate, Vitra and Planteria. By participating in practical challenges, visitors are invited to disassemble and reassemble furniture elements to directly experience the principles of adaptability, repair and reuse.

The Insights Lounge: Exhale, designed by Peldon Rose, functions as a pavilion for deep listening: a space where the pace slows down and attention is focused thanks to a sensory design based on scent design and light, becoming a privileged place for the Sustainability Talks and Occupiers Forum program.
Another high-impact installation is Merge: The M Moser lounge, which explores the evolutionary relationship between craft and technology. Within this space, visitors can experience how technology integrated into workplaces enhances flexibility and responsiveness in real time, allowing lighting and colors to be customized through intuitive digital interfaces.
Finally, the Workspace Design Talks Lounge space, designed by Gensler together with Area, translates the theme “Connected Realities” into a scenographic environment that blends physical and digital elements, focusing on human connection and social interaction within the workplace.
In addition to the installations, the event features an extensive exhibition with hundreds of innovative products, an extensive program of talks and conferences , and the debut of the Workspace Design Awards, which celebrate significant projects in the field of workspace design.
The Workspace Design Show London 2026 is not just a trade show, but an immersive experience that invites professionals from all over the world to reflect, learn and interact with the main innovations in the design industry for work.
