That&rsquo;s the case of <strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Perfectionists&rsquo; Caf&eacute;<\/strong> &ndash; completed last July &ndash; located in the busiest airport of Europe: London Heathrow, Terminal 2. Its refined food is signed by the three-star chef Heston Blumenthal whilst the interior design is by the guru of restaurant projects: <strong>Afroditi Krassa<\/strong>.<br \/><br \/>The decoration is inspired to the meals on the menu which recall the splendor of Great Britain during the Sixties and Seventies; the designer also choose to look at several other inspirations close to the field of air travel, such as the movie <strong>Catch Me If You Can<\/strong> as well as <strong>Verner Panton<\/strong>&rsquo;s work and the graphics by <strong>Saul Bass<\/strong>, who collaborated with many airlines.<\/p>","testo_b":"<p>The result is a bright space where the airport frenzy turns into relaxation, lulled by the restaurant warm delicate finishes. The entrance is all about the propeller-table which reminds of both planes and the airport itself, as Heathrow&rsquo;s hexagonal shape is suggested by the floor pattern underneath. The actual center of the restaurant is the open kitchen, serving Blumenthal&rsquo;s culinary masterpieces.
