{"id":10316,"date":"2024-12-16T01:45:55","date_gmt":"2024-12-16T01:45:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinteriordesign.it\/articolo\/progetto\/coimbra-cultural-center\/"},"modified":"2025-02-26T01:37:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T01:37:29","slug":"coimbra-cultural-center","status":"publish","type":"progetti-e-prodotti","link":"https:\/\/theinteriordesign.it\/en\/progetto\/coimbra-cultural-center\/","title":{"rendered":"COIMBRA CULTURAL CENTRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Commissioned by the Mostoles City Council we designed a Cultural Center in Coimbra Parque urban development of Madrid.<br \/>\nIt is an isolated urban area of the city centre of Mostoles, without municipal services.<br \/>\nA municipal building that houses its interior promotes: &#8211; a cultural centre, an auditorium, a library, classrooms for courses, a day centre for the elderly, a police station, a restaurant and public parking.<br \/>\nThe topography of the plot with a slope of more than 15cm contributed to solving a building with such a complex program with very different uses and hour hands. Taking advantage of the steep slope, we create a terraced building with different accesses and only the roof to unify the large volume was raised.<br \/>\nThat same cover contains a large solar panel that supplies electricity to the centre.
