This project is located in Seville, Spain, in a historical district characterized by its historical narrow plotting.
\nConcretely, the dimensions of our plot is 5,00m and 20,00m, with only one fa\u00e7ade facing east. <\/p>\n
The acrobatics of this exercise is to fit a dense program and be able to bring light into the house\u0085.without the heat input\u0085.<\/p>\n
In summer, the temperature can reach 50\u00ba Celsius\u0085.
\nThe answer came using the staircase as a lightwell, as well as a ventilation chimneystack.<\/p>\n
As the urban rules required an interior full height patio, the staircase naturally found its place as an additional device for lighting and ventilation. <\/p>\n
The staircase, serving all the levels in a continuous movement, becomes an architectural element and an active device.<\/p>\n
The aim is to provide the most functions as possible to each architectural element of the project. <\/p>\n
Two bedrooms naturally find their place on either side of the courtyard, the third bedroom place itself behind the unique fa\u00e7ade, lightened in the morning. <\/p>\n
The terrace welcomes a 23,00sqm infinity edge swimming pool\u0085. <\/p>\n
