Il tradizionale tavolo con un piano e quattro gambe ortogonali viene destrutturato e rielaborato nelle forme e nelle gerarchie.
\nLe linee tagliano, le sezioni slittano e tutto si ricompone in un nuovo equilibrio in cui la simmetria scompare.
\nL’elemento centrale in ferro e’ scultoreo ed e’ top e sostegno dell’intero prodotto.
\nLe tavole in legno di Briccola sono “poggiate” sulla struttura, ad evidenziarne lo spessore; esse conservano il fascino della laguna veneziana in cui hanno abitato per decenni, e del lavoro decennale dei teredinidi, molluschi marini.<\/p>\n
The traditional table with a board and four legs, is deconstructed and re-elaborated in shapes and hierarchy.
\nThe lines cut, the sections slide and everything goes back to a new Equilibrium.
\nThe central element in iron is a sculpture and it works as base for the Whole table.
\nThe table boards are above the structure and highlight the thickness, those are fullfilled of the fascinating history of the venetian lagoon, where they were for decades.<\/p>\n
