Setacci Contemporanei e’ una collezione di totem, piccole sculture in ceramica bianca. Il progetto e’ un lavoro ispirato alla cultura contadina. Per questo motivo si e’ preferito lasciare a biscotto alcune parti del totem, sperimentando sulla texturizzazione della superficie esterna, graffiandola in due diversi modi e cercando di evocare la paglia intrecciata caratteristica dei setacci.
\nOgni totem e’ double-face: a seconda dell’orientamento scelto, si trasformano in vaso o statua, contenitore o centrotavola. Sono una vera famiglia di oggetti, ideali per l’arredo di ristoranti e alberghi.<\/p>\n
Setacci Contemporanei is a collection of totems, small ceramic sculptures. The project is inspired by the peasant culture also recalled in the details of the manufacturing: the outer surface has been ‘scratched’ in two different ways to make it rough and rremind the twisted straw characteristic of the sieves.
\nEach totem is double-face: based on the side chosen, they become a vase or sculpture, container or centerpiece. They are a real family of objects, ideal for furnishing restaurants and hotels.<\/p>\n
