\nL\u2019alluminio Ma\u00f2li \u00e8 ottenuto utilizzando tutti gli scarti che arrivano in Madagascar da ogni parte del mondo. Si tratta di vecchi motori, pezzi di aereo, lattine, pentole e posate varie. Il tutto viene bonificato e poi fuso in terra col metodo della Staffa Matta che si usava in Europa circa quaranta anni fa. Alla fine del ciclo produttivo, i pezzi vengono spazzolati e levigati sino a raggiungere il caratteristico color argento che rende cos\u00ec particolare l\u2019alluminio Ma\u00f2li. Si tratta di una tecnica in cui il lavoro dell\u2019uomo risulta ancora assoluto protagonista.<\/p>\n

\nThe Ma\u00f2li collection of furnishing and table items has been enhanced by a line of articles made entirely of aluminium. Ma\u00f2li\u2019s aluminium is obtained from recycled scrap that arrives in Madagascar from every part of the world. A matter of old motors, aircraft parts, and various cans, saucepans and cutlery. It is all tempered and then cast in the sand with a method that was used in Europe about forty years ago. At the end of the production cycle, the pieces are brushed and polished until they acquire the characteristic silver colour that makes the Ma\u00f2li aluminium so special. This is a technique where the human effort is still absolutely key.<\/p>\n
