Progettazione di una villa di 600mq situata nelle colline romane.
\nLa costruzione \u00e8 composta da due volumi a due livelli definiti \u0093zona padronale e dependance\u0094 collegati tra loro da un portico.
\nL\u0092organizzazione planimetrica della residenza, strutturata su due livelli, prevede quattro camere da letto, di cui una con bagno personale, una cucina, un salone con camino.
\nLa dependance, anch\u0092essa su due livelli, prevede una camera sul soppalco, una cucina, un bagno, un camino in grado anche di produrre acqua calda e un barbecue esterno, adiacente alla piscina, cui corrisponde uno spazio per organizzare pranzi e cene.
\nLa luce, in questo progetto, assume un ruolo fondamentale sia dal punto di vista funzionale che emozionale.
\nI materiali impiegati fanno parte della tradizione locale, \u00e8 stato usato il travertino nelle sue diverse finiture. Per la zona notte e soppalco il rivestimento del pavimento \u00e8 in legno con alcuni inserti in travertino.
\nI soffitti alti hanno consentito di progettare uno spazio trasparente che gode di una perfetta illuminazione.
\nLa scala che collega il soppalco al soggiorno, \u00e8 in acciaio con gradini in vetro acidato, cos\u00ec pure la passerella che collega il soppalco al terrazzo. Il rivestimento del bagno della dependance \u00e8 stato realizzato con le tessere di mosaico della ditta Biscazza. La scala per accedere al soppalco \u00e8 caratterizzata da una struttura in cemento ed \u00e8 rivestita in legno.
\nPer il riscaldamento della piscina sono stati installati i pannelli solari, mentre il riscaldamento degli ambienti \u00e8 a pavimento.
\nLa propriet\u00e0 comprende 12.000 mq di terreno progettato a verde e alberi di ulivo.<\/p>\n
Project of an house of 600mq located in the hills of Rome.
\nThe building consists of two volumes (on two levels), that we define “main house and depandance”. They connected by a porch.
\nThe organization of the plan of the residence, built on two levels, includes four bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), a kitchen and a living room with fireplace.
\nThe depandance includes a bedroom on the mezzanine, a kitchen, a bathroom, a fireplace that can also produce hot water. There\u0092s also a barbecue next to the pool, which is a space for lunches and dinners.
\nIn this project, light plays a fundamental role both from the functional point of view that the emotional one.
\nI have used materials that are part of local tradition, especially travertine in its finishes.
\nFor the bedroom and loft, the floor covering is made of wood with some inserts in travertine.
\nThe high ceilings has allowed to engineer a space that has a perfect transparent enlightenment.
\nThe staircase, that connects the loft to the living room, is made of steel with frosted glass stair-steps, as well as the walkway that connects the gangway to the terrace.
\nThe coating of bath of depandance was made with mosaic tiles. The staircase to access the loft is characterized by a structure in cement and it is coated in wood.
\nSolar panels have been installed for pool heating, while the heating of house is on the floor.
