The Italian architect Francesco J. Corda announces the last designwork of his "Fjm Powerdesign". The work consists in the refitting of the famous 20 m. American Tug "ST80", born in 1943 for U.S. Navy and private ownership now, to be changed in a luxury motoryacht.
About interior design, the Fjm's main crazy idea of the ship is the convertible owner's cabin, inspired by his same previous project, the concept of Terraced Superyacht: the user can open the automated canvas roof and all the glass doors to enjoy the stars and the romantic breeze in the summer nights, or to have a sunbathe during the day, still from his refined private suite. The other versions, instead, contains in this space the convertible kitchen and dining.
The concept is waiting for the owner's consent to change in the definitive project, as his tastes; after the refitting in the shipyard, the valuable yacht may remain property of the owner, or may be immediately resold to charter companies or passionate private users.
