In this project the designers look for for aesthetic qualities in their urban surroundings. Projected on design objects, urban aesthetic qualities become part of the interior. This design process results in serially processed unique objects such as the ceiling light “Litfass”. Graphic elements discovered in ripped billboards are used to create the surface of the “Litfass” light. Through this process each light becomes a contemporary document of its urban surroundings.
