Located on the third floor of a 15-story building in Taiwan, Chou Residence is a urban apartment by PMK+designers, a luxury space unconventionally sized, as the inner and outer space feature the same area, like a villa.
Located on the third floor of a 15-story building in Taiwan, Chou Residence is a urban apartment by PMK+designers, a luxury space unconventionally sized, as the inner and outer space feature the same area, like a villa.
The purpose of the designers was to create a continuous space with rooms, indoor and outdoor areas linked between one another. The interior is a wide open space made out of natural materials such as wood, with windows and sliding doors to cancel space separation.
The apartment is inspired by the surrounding landscape, with a particular focus on the living room which features anything you need to relax. At its side there’s the kitchen with a kitchen island, enriched by an high tech tv to entertain the cook. Finally, the main bedroom, with no walls and a sliding bathroom door that can disappear to further enhance the idea of space continuity.
