ETRO Residences Phuket: when branded living meets nature and lifestyle

Interiors unveiled for the brand's first residential project in Asia, between Italian design, tropical landscape and living experience

The concept of luxury living evolves towards increasingly experiential models, where design, nature and brand identity come together in a single story. With ETRO Residences Phuket, the historic Italian fashion house debuts in Southeast Asia, bringing its aesthetic vision to the world of residential architecture. The project, located in Phuket, represents an emblematic example of contemporary branded living , in which living becomes an extension of the brand’s creative language.
Developed by Amal Development and designed by the international studio The One Atelier, the complex is part of the exclusive Gardens of Eden enclave. Here architecture and landscape dialogue in balance, offering a model of luxury residences immersed in a lush natural context. With only eight residential units, including apartments and penthouses, the project stands out for an intimate and highly curated approach, designed for those looking for an exclusive living experience.
The interiors reveal how the fashion house’s stylistic DNA is translated into living spaces. Iconic colours, textures and motifs are reinterpreted through a composition of light, materials and proportions that favours well-being. Custom-made furnishings by ETRO Home Interiors, developed with ONIRO Group, dialogue with material surfaces, velvets and marbles, creating environments in which interior design becomes narration. The color palettes — between ocean blues, tropical greens and neutral tones — reflect the surrounding landscape, reinforcing the link between design and nature.

The project is located a few steps from Bang Tao Beach, one of the most refined coastal areas of the island. This privileged position helps to define an idea of living that integrates contemporary comfort with the size of the resort. Paths surrounded by greenery, lakes and tropical gardens transform the complex into a true sanctuary dedicated to well-being, highlighting the growing interest in luxury real estate oriented towards the quality of life.
A distinctive element of the project is the attention to experiences. Spaces such as swimming pools immersed in the forest, yoga areas and personalized services demonstrate how the residential lifestyle is becoming increasingly central in the high-end real estate market. It is no longer just about homes, but about ecosystems designed to generate emotions and connections.
In this context, ETRO Residences Phuket becomes a significant case study to understand the evolution of the sector. The encounter between Italian design, brand culture and environmental sensitivity demonstrates how contemporary luxury is moving towards more immersive and identifying models. The result is a project that translates the aesthetics of fashion into architecture, offering a living experience that combines creative expression, comfort and relationship with the landscape.
