A new project is taking shape in the international residential architecture scene that is destined to redefine the concept of contemporary living: ELIE SAAB Casablanca – Art of Living, a prestigious luxury residential project located in Casablanca, Morocco. Born from the collaboration between the famous fashion house ELIE SAAB and the international architecture firm SAOTA, the project represents a perfect balance between aesthetics, functionality and quality of life, becoming a new reference in the luxury real estate scene Morocco.
The residential complex consists of a collection of luxury villas Morocco, conceived as real private retreats immersed in tranquility. Each home is designed as a space with attention to the smallest details, where architecture and design dialogue to offer a refined and harmonious living experience. One of the most innovative aspects of the development concerns the configuration of the land and the orientation of the villas. Through careful redefinition of the levels of the area, each residence has been strategically positioned to capture the view of the Atlantic Ocean, transforming these homes into true Atlantic view villas. This design approach also allows villas located further within the complex to enjoy open views and constant natural lighting throughout the day.
The relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces is another key element of the project. The living areas have been designed to extend naturally towards gardens and terraces, creating a continuous dialogue between architecture and landscape. This concept perfectly defines the idea of architectural luxury living, where comfort, design and nature coexist harmoniously.
At the center of each villa is a striking vertical atrium that runs through the building from the upper floor to the basement. This architectural element not only gives a strong aesthetic character to the rooms, but also allows natural light to penetrate deep inside the house, reducing the need for artificial lighting and helping to create bright and welcoming atmospheres, typical of the best contemporary design villas.
The project also recalls the architectural tradition of Moroccan riads. The villas are in fact characterized by solid external walls that enclose protected and intimate interior spaces, transforming the ground floor into a large private garden. The entire residential area has been designed as a pedestrian space, free from car traffic, where privacy and contact with nature become the protagonists. This approach enhances the concept of modern Moroccan architecture, integrating tradition and innovation.
From an aesthetic point of view, SAOTA interprets the elegance of haute couture through refined materials and sophisticated architectural details. Fluted concrete panels create a couture-inspired visual rhythm, while pigmented plasters and natural stone bring depth and texture to the spaces. This design language reflects a new idea of couture architecture, where the aesthetics of haute couture meet the rigor of contemporary architecture.
Completing the project is the clubhouse, the heart of the residential community. With its sculptural façade and distinctive design, this space becomes a place for residents to meet and relax, offering an oasis of tranquility away from the hectic pace of the city and reinforcing the value of a true premium residential development.
