The Concept of this table is a tribute to the marine activity of Taranto, the town in which Giuliano Ricciardi was born and lives. The inspiration of the project comes from the skeleton of boats, from which the name. Each part of the table has a function: the 9 vertebrae sustain the glass top and join the central beam through a swallow tailed structure. The central beam is set upon two stands that recall those normally used to restore boats in the shipyards. The project is entirely based on the use of appropriate embeddings wiithout the use of metal pins and screws.
