São Paulo, November 2, 2021 – Tonino Lamborghini, president of the eponymous lifestyle experience brand famous for its accessories and luxury real estate projects, attended last week the official launch of the “Tonino Lamborghini Apartments São Paulo”, a luxury building that will be built in the refined Jardins district of Brazil’s largest city. A charming residential neighborhood surrounded by parks that is home to São Paulo’s most renowned restaurants and boasts a complete network of commercial services.
114 luxury apartments in a 27-storey building for a total of 8 thousand square meters born from the exclusive agreement signed last June with the Brazilian developer Gafisa, one of the leading Brazilian real estate companies with 67 years of experience and over 1,200 projects delivered in Brazil and which plans, in the near future, to further expand the real estate concept under the del Toro brand also in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
“During the lockdown caused by the pandemic, we all rediscovered our homes. Today, living in a new elegant and welcoming apartment is not just a matter of status symbol: a house can no longer be just a place to live, but also represents a comfort zone that must provide a feeling of physical and mental well-being. Thanks to the collaboration with Gafisa, “Tonino Lamborghini Apartments” will be a unique and exclusive real estate opportunity in the most prestigious district of São Paulo, aimed at the most demanding Brazilian and international clientele. Our goal is to create a new branded architectural landmark in one of the largest cities in South America.” , said Tonino Lamborghini, founder and president of the Italian company of the same name.
A project conceived in every detail and which will be enriched by the brand’s interior design solutions for a total living completely made in Italy. Inside the premium apartments of the “Tonino Lamborghini Apartments” building, there will be accessories made in Italy from the brand’s Home line, including: Luxury Surfaces ceramic wall tiles made by the Italcer Group; the high-end Tonino Lamborghini Casa furniture lines made by the Tuscan company Formitalia Luxury Group and the taps of the Water Design collection by Paini Spa. On the ground floor of the building, there will be shops, restaurants and cafes under the Tonino Lamborghini brand.
The architecture of the building was instead designed by the Brazilian studio Aflalo/Gasperini arquitetos, recognized for the design of buildings that have become landmarks in the cities where they were built (such as the IBM headquarters building, the Rochaverá Corporate Towers and the eTower in São Paulo).
A real estate project that follows the trend of branded residential concepts already present in the largest cities in the world such as Miami, New York and more recently also in many locations in Asia and that perfectly represents the brand’s vision: to bring Italian passion and spirit to the world through residential or commercial projects in which the Italian spirit is expressed in all its explosive vitality, creativity, beauty and high quality.
