The Workspace Design Show, the European reference event for those involved in the design of workspaces, returns to Amsterdam. After the success of the first edition, the fair returns from 5 to 6 November 2025 at RAI Amsterdam, with an even richer and future-oriented program of the workplace.
The theme of the 2025 edition revolves around the creation of flexible, sustainable and human-centric work environments, capable of responding to the new needs of productivity, well-being and collaboration. The Workspace Design Show confirms itself as an international meeting point between architects, designers, manufacturers, strategists and large companies, with over 100 exhibiting brands and more than 120 speakers of global importance.
Three stages, a shared vision on the future of work
The program is divided into three distinct conference spaces: Workspace Design Talks, Occupiers Forum and Sustainability Talks, with content curated by internationally renowned experts and designers. Among the topics addressed are the integration of artificial intelligence in the workplace, the growing role of biophilic design, the application of data to optimize the energy use of buildings and the transformation of offices into hybrid spaces between productivity and well-being.
Some of the names involved include Booking.com, Amazon, Zoom, Ubisoft, Gensler, HENN, CBRE, Colliers, and UNStudio, demonstrating the global relevance of the event. Visitors will be able to attend inspirational keynotes, thematic panels and talks on strategies for the “future-proofing” of corporate spaces.
The protagonists of design and innovation for the office
In addition to the conference part, the fair hosts over 100 of the most authoritative brands in the field of office furniture and solutions. Brands such as Vitra, Interface, VEPA, Artifort, Pedrali, Kettal, Interstuhl and Humanscale will premiere products for hybrid, flexible and sustainable workspaces: ergonomic seating, smart lighting, advanced acoustics, innovative surfaces and integrated technologies.
Five immersive installations designed by leading studios such as UNStudio, M Moser Associates, Mecanoo and Casper Schwarz will offer a sensory and conceptual experience on the theme of the evolution of work.
