Workspace Design Show 2026: the new Workspace Design Awards kick off in London

A new platform to reward excellence in workplace design and anticipate future workplace trends

The Workspace Design Show 2026, scheduled for February 25 and 26 at the Business Design Centre in London, will officially launch the “Designs with Distinction – Workspace Design Awards”, a new awards program dedicated to excellence in workplace design.
The Awards represent an absolute novelty on the international scene, with the aim of celebrating the most innovative projects in the workplace sector, whether they are completed or still in the conceptual phase. A distinctive aspect is that the jury will consist exclusively of occupiers, developers and project managers, thus ensuring a concrete point of view oriented towards the real user experience .
The award ceremony will take place on the evening of 25 February, within the same Business Design Centre, with an event designed to encourage networking, inspiration and professional recognition, in a convivial atmosphere between drinks and canapés.
The Workspace Design Show has now become a reference point for architects, interior designers, companies and decision-makers in the sector, with over 5,000 visitors expected from all over the world, more than 500 products on display and a rich conference program with over 120 speakers. The 2026 edition promises to exceed expectations, following the success of previous editions that highlighted the main trends in contemporary office design.

Among the trends that emerged, great space will be given to sustainability with recycled and natural materials , the integration of biophilic design, the modularity of spaces and technology applied to well-being at work.
Projects such as M Moser Associates’ ReClaimed Lounge and ID:SR’s Entrance Feature have shown how design can create immersive, multi-sensory environments. The novelty of the award represents a unique opportunity for architects and design studios to show their ideas and achievements to a high-profile jury, made up of strategic figures in real estate, workplace management and corporate occupiers.
Nominations for the Workspace Design Awards will officially open on September 1, 2025, and will be evaluated according to criteria of innovation, environmental impact, aesthetic quality and functionality. The launch of Designs with Distinction confirms the Workspace Design Show’s commitment to positioning itself as a leading platform for the evolution of workplace design.
An unmissable opportunity for those who want to stay up to date on the transformations of the world of work, discover emerging materials and technologies, and connect with the protagonists of the future of the workplace.
