After the great success of the Workspace Design Show in London, the organizers are excited to launch the show in Amsterdam as well. Founding Director Charlie Bark-Jones said:
“We received an overwhelming response to the exhibition. The exceptional level of design in the working environments together with an impressive reputation for sustainable architecture, made the Benelux an attractive venue for our event. Amsterdam already has a very strong local market and in recent years has attracted many international companies for the opening of regional offices, which, combined with its strategic location, is an obvious destination for the exhibition to take place.”
In collaboration with the main associations in the region, Workspace Design Show Amsterdam It will offer a series of panel discussions and insights into agile workplace design, hybrid work models, sustainable practices, co-working spaces, employee experience, and creative design. The Workspace Design Talks, one of the highlights of the event, will reveal how our workplaces are changing and what the future holds.
The panel of speakers was joined by Thomas Van Leeuwen, partner and director of D/DOCK, who said:
“The most amazing opportunities in the workspace are springing up now. We are no longer confined by traditional boundaries such as place and time. The reasons we choose where to go are based on “where I want to be” rather than “where I need to be.” The sense of hospitality has become one of the most important factors in all sectors.”
The lounge that will host the conference has been designed by Workbrands, a leader in the refurbished furniture market, which, inside, will present sustainable projects where visitors can listen to the conference and, at the same time, touch, see and experience the feeling of the renovated furniture. Leading furniture designers and manufacturers will also create experiential elements at the fair to engage visitors in futuristic design concepts.
Among the more than 100 exhibiting brands, one of the highlights to keep an eye on at the Workspace Design Show is, without a doubt, Occony. This Dutch office furniture manufacturer firmly believes in leaving a positive impact on the Earth and its environment. Occony will present its new and extraordinary collections of furniture with sustainable design. The brand creates all its products favoring materials without compromising design, ensuring a reduced impact on our planet.
The exhibition will also offer visitors the chance to experience the latest product launches from Benelux, Europe and other countries, with the latest projects in furniture, acoustics, lighting, surfaces, technology, archiving, biophilia and more.
With numerous networking opportunities, the Workspace Design Show will be a fantastic opportunity for industry players to meet and explore the Benelux’s fast-moving interiors market for workplaces.
