Many come to Saint-Tropez for its party spirit. Others prefer the secret hideaways hidden from view to experience the authentic Saint-Tropez of yesteryear: the fishing village of the 60s and 70s. Among these refuges, located in a residential area just a five-minute drive from Places des Lices, there is undoubtedly the Hotel Lou Pinet, inaugurated in the spring of 2019 and the latest project of hotel passion of the Maisons Pariente.
A real paradise lost surrounded by an enchanting garden watched over by two venerable maritime pines (Lou Pinet in Provençal) and through which enchanting winding paths offer an ideal place to stroll. Lose yourself discovering nooks and crannies along the delicate aroma of pine resin that fills the air as the summer sun reaches its peak, while the scents of lavender, orange and lemon, cistus and jasmine come and go with the seasons.
The 34 rooms and suites, spread over three Provençal houses, painted light yellow and with an accentuation of green wooden shutters, are flooded with light thanks to the presence of double-aspect windows and equipped with a private garden with an outdoor lounge. Some are also characterized by a unique décor: here, an elegant handmade upholstery with colorful abstract motifs; there a custom-glazed ceramic Charles Zana lamp that magically blends. Everywhere, you will find light shades, with the occasional presence of darker colors, rooms with slightly rounded shapes, natural stone, wrought iron, sophisticated effects of cane, linen, wood and a joyful mix of textures and materials for a gently sunny environment.
Lou Pinet is what can be defined, without any doubt, a five-star hotel with a sixth sense in anticipating and guessing wishes before even expressing them. An excellent but very simple sense of service and incredibly warm hospitality, which helps guests to really relax. The freedom to forget everything and let someone else think – that’s what you can dream of in an ideal summer.
