The Workspace Design Show, Europe’s leading event dedicated to interior design for commercial spaces and workspaces, is back, taking place on 5 and 6 November 2025 at the RAI in Amsterdam. Registrations for professional visitors are already open and free of charge on the official workspaceshow.nl website.
This year’s edition will have as its theme “Activate the Senses”, an invitation to explore the fundamental role of multisensory design in creating more stimulating, functional and well-being-oriented work environments. The concept aims to demonstrate how light, materials, sounds and even scents can positively influence the way we live and work in professional spaces.
With the participation of over 5,000 architects, interior designers, office designers, HR managers and real estate professionals, the event confirms itself as the reference point for those who design and build the future of the workplace. More than 170 international brands in the sector will be present, including Vitra, VEPA, Pedrali, Interface, Tarkett, Sedus, Artifort, Humanscale, Interstuhl, Kettal and many others.
The program of the event will include over 35 talks and panels on three thematic stages, with the participation of authoritative voices from international studios such as OMA, MVRDV, UNStudio, Mecanoo, Gensler, as well as companies such as Amazon, Booking.com, Adidas, ABN AMRO, Sanofi, AECOM. Key themes include: innovation, well-being in the workplace, sustainability, data, user experience and new technologies applied to spaces.
Particularly interesting will be the presence of five immersive sensory installations, designed by the likes of UNStudio, M Moser Associates, Mecanoo and Casper Schwarz Architects, which will allow visitors to live a unique physical and perceptive experience. In addition, the area dedicated to the Mood Board Contest curated by Biophilic Design Academy will be set up, to promote an increasingly natural and human approach in work interiors.
The culmination of the event will be the FRAME Awards, an international award that celebrates excellence and innovation in interior design. The ceremony will be held live during the event, with projects from all over the world.
The Workspace Design Show is aimed at all professionals involved in the design and management of workspaces: architects, planners, companies, real estate developers, facility managers, HR consultants and innovators. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover new materials, test acoustic solutions, discuss hybrid work models and find inspiration for future projects.
