Workspace Design Show Amsterdam 2025: The Future of Workplace Design

Multisensory design takes center stage at Europe’s leading event dedicated to workspace innovation

On 5–6 November 2025, the Workspace Design Show returns to RAI Amsterdam – Hall 5, bringing together architects, designers, companies, and industry professionals for two days entirely devoted to the latest trends in workplace interior design.
The theme of this year’s edition, “Activate the Senses,” invites visitors to explore how sound, light, texture, and space can transform the everyday work experience.

An event combining innovation, design, and sustainability
With over 150 international exhibitors and 140 leading speakers, the Workspace Design Show has become a benchmark for those who design and experience contemporary workspaces.
Among the key participants are renowned architectural and design studios such as M Moser Associates, Casper Schwarz Architects, UNS, Mecanoo, and Tank Design, along with leading furniture and interior brands including Vitra, Pedrali, Tarkett, Kvadrat, Interface, Sedus, Artifort, Andreu World, and Humanscale.
The goal of the 2025 edition is clear: to present sustainable and multisensory solutions that enhance wellbeing and productivity, supported by innovative materials and flexible modular systems.

Highlights not to be missed
Among the most anticipated launches:
– Tarkett
presents Lino Materiale, a contemporary reinterpretation of linoleum featuring fabric-inspired textures and made with natural, biobased materials;
– Vepa & Ineke Hans
introduce Wireworks, a modular “room-in-room” system designed to create focused and comfortable spaces within open-plan offices;
– Interface
introduces the In The Mix collection, LVT flooring with a terrazzo look, ideal for professional environments with a sophisticated design;
– Kvadrat Acoustics
brings Waves, a sustainable acoustic curtain designed for the conversion of industrial and commercial spaces;
– Humanscale
celebrates 25 years of the famous Freedom Chair, an icon of ergonomic design, now also available in a sustainable version made with recycled plastic from the oceans.

A meeting point for the designcommunity
In addition to the exhibition, the Workspace Design Show program includes talks, interactive installations and the prestigious FRAME Awards, which reward excellence in international design. It is a unique opportunity to discover how the design of spaces can become a sensory, sustainable experience oriented towards collective well-being.
